Where: Eagle Rock Golf Course
When: September 11th, 2026: 9:00 A.M. shotgun start (registration 8:00 AM)
Format: Scramble
Cost: $600.00 per team (4-person team). Each team can have a maximum handicap of 24 per player!
- Entry fee includes green fees, cart, lunch and flag prizes
- Prizes will be awarded for any Hole in One. Each one of the Par 3’s will have a prize including one of holes having a $25,000 for Hole in One!

This year we are offering 4 levels of sponsorship.
- $1,250.00 Major Sponsor: Included in this package will be the sponsor’s name on all tournament literature. Included Major Sponsors’ names will be announced at the lunch following the tournament. A sponsorship sign in color w/logo will be posted at one of the eighteen (18) holes with your company name. Your company/organization will be allowed one (1) 4-person team in the tournament at no additional cost ($600.00 value). Lastly, your company banner (if applicable) will be displayed at the course.
- $500.00 Gold Sponsor: Included in this package will be the sponsor’s name on all literature. A sponsorship sign in color w/logo will be posted at one of the eighteen (18) holes. Lunch for 2 people and the opportunity to man a specific hole.
- $350.00 Hole Sponsor: A sponsorship sign will be posted at one of the eighteen (18) holes with your company name.
- Flag Prize: Donations may be made by donating a specific product, gift certificate, or cash to be presented in your name to purchase golf merchandise.
- $2,000.00 for each – Beverage Cart/Lunch Sponsor: The Beverage Cart and/or Lunch sponsor are specific sponsorships that allow you to market your company. These sponsors will be allowed to put signage on the beverage cart or lunch table and Sponsors’ names will be announced at the end of the tournament.
